You can easily book a spot here on the website, so you’re sure there is availability when you arrive… but you are also welcome to take a chance and just stop by.
With booking: When you book here via the website, you pay immediately for the selected period, number of days, and number of guests. You will receive an email with an order number and information that, upon arrival at the site, you should go to the check-in terminal. There, you enter your order number and will then receive a receipt with a code. The code is required for the barrier gate and access to the site’s facilities. The code is only valid for the booked period.
Without booking: Go to the check-in terminal upon arrival and see available spots. Choose a spot, period, number of guests, and pay by card. You will then receive a receipt with a code. The code is required for the barrier gate and access to the site’s facilities
Parking
The full rental amount (100%) must be paid at the time of booking and for drop-in stays.
By making a booking, you consent to receiving SMS messages related to your parking stay.
Online booking
For online bookings, the full amount (100%), including any optional extras, must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made by credit or debit card.
Force majeure
Camperparking.dk ApS may cancel the agreement due to force majeure (including natural disasters, strikes, fire or water damage, suspension of ferry services, riots, acts of war, epidemics, or similar circumstances), in which case Camperparking.dk ApS shall be entitled to cancel the agreement without compensation.
Right of Withdrawal
According to the Danish E-Commerce Act, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing goods or services online. However, this does not apply to accommodation and transport services in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, Sections 9(2) and 17(2). No right of withdrawal applies.
Camper's Responsibility
The tenant/guest is responsible for leaving the pitch in a proper condition for the next guest and is obliged to compensate for any damage caused by the tenant/guest or accompanying persons before departure. Should any accidental damage occur to the area, the tenant's/guest's private leisure and accident insurance is responsible for covering the tenant/guest and family members during their stay.
GDPR
Camperparking.dk will at all times comply with applicable data protection legislation regarding the storage and processing of personal data. After the stay has ended, guests may request that their personal data be deleted.
